Rebuilding Koji's store
Identity refresh and a Framer-built storefront that cut the path to checkout from five screens to two.

Project overview
Koji's store needed a digital experience that could better represent the brand while making it easier for customers to discover products and move confidently through the shopping journey. The existing experience had a solid foundation, but its structure and visual direction needed a more focused approach.
We rebuilt the store around a cleaner visual system, stronger product presentation, and a more intuitive browsing experience. The goal was to create a storefront that feels distinctive and considered while keeping the customer journey simple from the first interaction to checkout.
Our approach
We started by simplifying the overall structure and identifying the most important moments in the customer journey. Product discovery, category navigation, product details, and calls to action were given clearer hierarchy so visitors could find what they needed with less friction.
Key points:
Simplified the store structure
Improved product discovery
Created a flexible design system
Strengthened visual hierarchy
Refined product presentation
The results
The redesigned store gives Koji a stronger digital presence that feels more aligned with the brand. Products now have more room to stand out, while clearer navigation and page structure make the overall experience easier to understand and explore.
The new system also provides a stronger foundation for future growth. New products and content can be introduced without losing consistency, giving the brand a storefront that is both visually distinctive and practical to manage.
